CLEVELAND, Ohio — For the first time, campaign finance reports are available on the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections’ Web site.Posted on Wednesday were reports for municipal and countywide candidates going back to 2003. House Bill 260, passed by the Ohio House yesterday:Increases from one to four the number of locations a county board of elections may use for in-person, early absentee voting. The secretary of state breaks any tie votes on proposed sites and establishes rules for acceptable locations.Requires absentee ballots to be ready 45 days before the election for overseas and military voters and 28 days before for all other absentee voters.
